Glowy Green Swirl Effect

1. Make a new document, any size doesn't matter. Press Ctrl+D to reset your palette colors. Make sure your background is black.

2. Apply Filter > Artistic > Plastic Wrap with these settings:

3. Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates:

Glowy Green Swirl Effect 90181843hv3

4. Twirl it a bit, Filter > Distort > Twirl(parang jolly twirl lng ah!)

5. Apply your color now Ctrl+U,
i used color grin for the efect kc cute xa e!check nio ung colorized ah!

last meron n taung swirl n effect! best for wallpapers

indi pa magiging file ung print screen. pagkapindot mo nung botton kelangan mo pa ipaste sa MSpaint or photoshop pra mkita ung image and isave ung file
